WAFI Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the WAFI website and services provided by Propflow Technologies.

Effective and last updated: 2 November 2026

Using WAFI

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Keep credentials confidential and use authorised access only.
  • Use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights.
  • Remain responsible for data entered by your organisation and its users.

Subscriptions and trials

Plan limits, billing periods, taxes and commercial terms are those shown on the applicable order, invoice or current pricing page. Trial access may be limited by time, users, leads, properties or features.

Fees, billing and taxes

Fees are payable in the currency, amount and billing cycle stated on the order, invoice, checkout or pricing page. GST and other applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current. Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended access.

Cancellation and no-refund policy

Customers may choose not to renew a subscription by providing notice through an authorised billing or support channel before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not reverse the current committed billing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all fees and payments are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable. WAFI does not provide full, partial, prorated or unused-period refunds or credits for subscription fees, onboarding, services, add-ons, taxes, early cancellation, reduced usage, unused capacity or account suspension or termination. A refund applies only when mandatory law requires it or Propflow Technologies expressly agrees to it in a written document signed by an authorised representative.

Prohibited activity

  • Unauthorised access or security testing
  • Malware, scraping that disrupts the service, or abusive automation
  • Unlawful, deceptive or infringing content
  • Resale or sublicensing without written permission

Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for their business data and for having the necessary rights and notices to process it. WAFI may process customer data to provide and secure the service.

Accounts and administrators

The customer is responsible for users invited to its organisation, permission assignments, credential security and administrator actions. WAFI may rely on instructions from authorised account administrators. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Third-party services

Connections to portals, messaging providers, analytics, payment tools or other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. WAFI is not responsible for third-party availability, changes or data handling outside WAFI’s control.

Intellectual property

WAFI, its software, branding, documentation and website content are owned by Propflow Technologies or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the subscribed service, no intellectual-property right is transferred. Customers retain rights in their data and grant WAFI the permissions reasonably required to host, process, transmit and support it.

Availability and changes

WAFI may update features, apply reasonable limits or perform maintenance. Service-specific commitments apply only when expressly included in a written agreement.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business, technical and customer information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. WAFI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, lead conversion, property sale, regulatory outcome or compatibility with every third-party system. Customers remain responsible for professional, legal, tax, accounting and real estate decisions.

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited according to the applicable written agreement. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, subject to applicable terms and law.

Governing law and disputes

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process under applicable law.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the WAFI contact page.
