Information we may collect

  • Contact and account details you provide
  • Company, team and subscription information
  • Lead, property and workflow data entered into the service
  • Support communications and service records
  • Device, browser, log and usage information

Who is responsible for the data

Propflow Technologies acts as controller for information used to operate the WAFI website, accounts, billing, security and direct business relationships. For lead, contact, property and workflow data entered by a customer, that customer generally decides the purpose and means of processing and WAFI generally processes the data on the customer’s behalf.

  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

Legal grounds where applicable

  • Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one
  • Legitimate interests such as service security, support and improvement
  • Consent where a specific activity requires it
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Protection of vital interests or legal claims where relevant

Sharing and processors

Information may be handled by authorised service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics, security, billing or customer support. WAFI does not publish customer lead data or sell it as a data product. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and service security.

International processing

Service providers and technical infrastructure may process information in more than one country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, WAFI will use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for the relevant processing arrangement.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security and applicable law. WAFI uses administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.

Customer-controlled data

If your information was entered by a WAFI customer, contact that organisation first because it controls the business purpose and may need to verify or action the request. WAFI will support valid customer instructions subject to contractual and legal requirements.

Children

WAFI is a business service and is not directed to children. Users must not intentionally submit children’s personal data unless they have a lawful, necessary and documented basis to do so.

Updates

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
